Solana team and listing signals desk
One desk, one lane: CTO on Solana. Obsidian Room prints the live feed and the honest numbers behind it.

Run these on every contract, in this order.
Loading live CTO alerts…
Screen: market cap at least $20.0K, top-10 wallets holding at most 40 %. Charts open on GMGN.
A CTO alert means holders relaunched a project the deployer abandoned.
For Obsidian Room, project signals show what the people behind a token are doing: paying for promotion, updating links, relaunching or moving supply. Obsidian Room follows CTO on Solana for those actions.
Put simply, deployer moves, relaunches and paid promotion are all public on Solana. Obsidian Room collects them from CTO and checks them against holders and liquidity.
One habit: Confirm new social links point to accounts with real history, not accounts created that day. Read the deployer's history: earlier launches, how long they lasted and how they ended.
Obsidian Room does not post alerts itself; these Telegram routes do.
Measured window: 7 days, 76 tokens. 2x within a day: 24 %. 5x within a day: 3 %. Dead within a day: 46 %, usually after about 1.3 h. All Solana topics together: 25 % reached 2x. Statistically the lane is not yet different from the rest of Solana.

The rule behind this page. Obsidian Room keeps an alert only if it passes all of these:
At build time the lane held 48 recent alerts covering about 11 hours; 47 of them cleared the screen. Median values for the passing alerts: cap $43.5K, liquidity $20.5K, holders 195. No alert in the sample had a pool smaller than 10 % of its cap. Median concentration in the lane: 25 % of supply in the top ten wallets.
Values measured on 2026-09-23 from the Empire feed. The screen is a filter, not a recommendation.
